Welcome to Sydney Junior Rugby Union.

In 2010, the structure of junior rugby in Sydney is comprised of two competitions - a Saturday competition and a Sunday competition.

The Saturday competition starts on the 17th April 2010.

The Sunday competition starts on the 18th April 2010.

This website serves two purposes: 

1. Metropolitan Western Zone website which will focus on the Western Zone Representative teams and the Regional Championships.

2. To provide information relating to the new competitions.

Western Zone is comprised of teams from the Eastwood, Parramatta, Penrith and West Harbour districts.

The Regional Championships are for the Under 15s and Under 16s age groups with the Western Zone Representative Teams being selected from players within the junior clubs affiliated with these districts.

2009 Grand Finals 

The Grand Fianls were held out at Grantham Reserve on Saturday the 29th of August. Game results can be found in the resource library.

NSW TIP

TIP will be on again this year for 14 and 15 yr olds. Information can be found in the Development section of the web site.

SMART RUGBY

There are two SmartRugby online re-qualification courses available - Coach and Referee. You are eligible to complete an online course if you have attended a face-to-face course previously and your qualification has expired on 31 December of last year.
